Shipping to FFL Dealers

All firearms purchased from Freedom Isn’t Free must be shipped directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. This policy ensures that all transactions comply with federal regulations and provide a safe and legal transfer of firearms to our customers. 

Steps for Ordering and Shipping

1 – Select Your Firearm:

  • Browse our selection of firearms and add your desired items to your cart.

  • Complete the checkout process, providing your preferred shipping address.

2 – Provide FFL Dealer Information:

  • You must choose a local FFL dealer to receive your firearm. You can find a local FFL dealer by using our FFL locator tool or by contacting a dealer of your choice.

  • During checkout, you will need to provide the name and contact information of your chosen FFL dealer.

3 – Order Processing and Shipment:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the FFL you want your firearm shipped to.

  • We will ship the firearm to the FFL dealer using a secure and insured shipping method.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4 – Receiving Your Firearm:

  • Upon arrival at the FFL dealer, you will need to complete the necessary background checks and any additional paperwork required by federal, state, and local laws.

  • The FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee for their services. This fee is not included in your purchase from Freedom Isn’t Free and is payable directly to the FFL dealer.

  • Once all requirements are met, you can take possession of your firearm.

Important Notes

Age and Legal Requirements:

    • You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun and 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun.
    • You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and transfer of firearms.

* Restricted States and Localities:

  • Certain states and localities have restrictions on specific firearms. It is your responsibility to verify that the firearm you wish to purchase is legal in your state and locality.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these restrictions.

* Returns and Cancellations:

  • Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to you by the FFL dealer. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly before completing the transfer.

  • Order cancellations must be made before the firearm is shipped. Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
